Hoist system maintenance: Regularly add lubricating oil or grease to the following parts, such as the hoist's bearings, trolley guide wheels, and cables, and check the oil level in the gearbox.
Upper and lower combustion chambers: It is necessary to regularly check whether there is dust on the inner lining near the combustion chamber. If there is, use a compressed air gun to blow it clean. At the beginning, do it at a frequency of once a day, and then carry out maintenance according to the actual situation. On the right side of the lower combustion chamber, there is usually a discharge door, which needs to be cleaned once a day. The sudden temperature rise in the lower combustion chamber is mainly due to the following reasons: increased gas supply, increased calorific value, too small primary air, high degree of limestone calcination, decreased circulating gas flow, reduced driving air, and eccentric injection pipe. There are several reasons for the sudden increase in the temperature of the upper combustion chamber: too little ambient air entering the combustion chamber, too much primary air, and too much air in the lower combustion chamber.
Ejector and circulation pipe: Ash is prone to accumulate inside the ejector. As the accumulated ash increases, the volume inside the ejector decreases, and the volume of circulating gas also reduces, which affects the operation of the kiln. There is a maintenance door on the side of the injector, which is opened once a week to clean the dust on the injection pipe and the dust in the circulating gas channel. Compressed air can also be used for the second sweep. When the flow rate of the driving air and circulating air decreases, dust usually adheres to the nozzle of the injection pipe and should be removed in time. If there is accumulated ash in the ejector or the circulating gas pipe, causing the mixed gas to be eccentric, after cleaning the old ash, a new ejector pipe should be installed.
Replace the filters of the cooling fan and the driving fan regularly.
The heat exchanger is one of the key equipment in the sleeve kiln. However, dust is prone to accumulate inside the heat exchanger. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly inspect the exhaust gas inlet box at the top of the heat exchanger. Dust is likely to accumulate at the pipe opening, resulting in a decrease in exhaust gas flow, an increase in pressure, and the preheating of the driving air failing to reach the designed temperature. If this situation occurs, it should be cleaned promptly. Before cleaning, the heat exchanger should be cooled for 4 to 5 hours. Thermocouples should be replaced in time when they malfunction.

Refractory materials are the main building materials of glass melting furnaces, and they have a decisive impact on the quality of glass, energy consumption and even product costs. The development of glass melting technology largely depends on the advancement of refractory material manufacturing technology and the improvement of quality.

The cover of the electric furnace is a spherical structure with electrode holes and smoke exhaust holes. The outer ring part is called the main furnace cover, and the middle part is called the small furnace cover (also known as the triangular area). When loading materials, the furnace cover can be moved away.
Factors affecting the service life of refractory materials used for electric furnace covers
Overburning and lumping are common phenomena in the lime production process. They not only affect product quality but, in severe cases, can have a fatal impact on the production process, refractory materials of the kiln body and other equipment. This article analyzes the causes of overburning and tumor formation, general treatment methods for tumor formation, and preventive measures, effectively avoiding the occurrence of tumor formation.

A kiln is a space capable of generating high temperatures, and the materials that make up this space are called kiln construction materials. The construction materials should include two major categories: refractory materials and thermal insulation materials (or heat insulation materials). In addition, to enhance the structural strength of the kiln body, the materials used for furnace construction should also include common building materials (such as ash bricks, etc.) and metal materials, etc.
